Upgrades to the Dream Driveway

Posted by Rob Meronek on Sunday, November 24, 2013

Today was a bit of prep work for a new addition to the Dream Driveway. It's simply moving rocks and dirt from point a to point b for now, like a bunch of worker ants.

Right there next to that quarter, a rock pile needs to form as the base for extended skateboarding stuff.

Chris Cantwell started The Shop Skateshop in Bradenton recently and knows his way around the 'crete, so he's the foreman or whatever on this. Gitter dunnnnnn.

The pile grows with any random concrete pieces you can find.

Oh there's caulk to be handled? Ryan Clements' jumps right on the caulk. First, however, you must circumcise the caulk before the tip will squirt the macho nectar.

Looks like it's big black caulk, too. You gotta ram that caulk hard like Clem is demonstrating here. Chris is ready to run the train with that caulk.

Ryan's neighbor has some kind of metal shop going on where he provides pieces of the coping.

Handling all that caulk makes you want to grind.
