Marcos Montoya had the Qualifiers and Semi-Finals on lock, but when the format switched to Runs for the Finals, it was Jamie Foy who ended up putting the best line of tricks together. Congrats Yoshi Tanenbaum for winning the NYC stop of The Boardr Am today. Yoshi joins Jon Cosentino (LA), Jagger Eaton (Houston), Jamie Foy (Tampa), and Dustin Blauvelt (Detroit) as the fifth person to shred their way into a spot at The Boardr Am Series Finals on the course at @XGames Austin this summer. The next stop is Las Vegas for the last chance for you to get your spot and be the first amateur skateboarding holding an X Games Gold Medal when the dust settles in June. Jon wins a personal red carpet laid out by Porpe for The Boardr Am Finals at X Games Austin. The morning after the last stop in The Boardr Am Series at Tampa, we threw Marcos Montoya in the #BoardrBus and headed to Texas. Marcos won it in Tampa and was the last one from the season to get into the Finals. Staff photographer Chaz has a few snaps here from the trip.
