Last night was all about Ishod Wair. Good thing I have these photos to remember what went down.

Tonight is Thrasher's SOTY party in San Francisco where Clements and Porpe are on the lurk after waking up at 6 Newell where Matt Milligan still resides after over a decade of that being one of the most well known skate houses. Speaking of SOTY, Silas is up on Firing Line today.
Sit down with Ishod and hear him discuss his upcoming Chronicles 2 part.
Congrats, Ishod! That's who we voted for here at The Boardr.
That opening ollie was such a nice sail.
It's Ishod in Philly so you know it's going to be good. Get a good set of headphones for this one and make it that much better with the track. Damn, Ishod! Check Fourstar's Wair N Tear that Thrasher just dropped.
Instagram is killing off the significance of skateboard magazines. It became apparent a few days ago while I was taking a poop. There I was in my bathroom—which should look like your bathroom with a pile of skate mags next to the toilet—scrolling away on Instagram.
Wow, that frontside pivot to fakie on the big deck-less quarter makes you shift in your seat. Scary. Street League has the best of Ishod for you. What from Ishod isn't the best, though? Did I already say that about the last Street League edit. Yep, they got a lot of my favorites in there. The ender is a straight up OMG.
I wonder if the Chronicles 2 video this weekend will cause some heated debates over Skater of the Year after that Nyjah part dropped. Ishod is in the mix and this week, we get treated to some of his unused footage for the video.
Preston Maigetter aka P-Stone has been filming for Thrasher with a beer in his hand for as long as I can remember. He's one of the most seasoned travel vets you'll ever hit the road with, too. He's got a compilation of 2013 footage from the Santa Cruz team on the Thrasher site.
Thrasher's King of the Road Webisodes start today. Enjoi kicks things off with moms that kickflip, Jimmy Carlin naked, and of course, some ripping skateboarding from the whole team including Louie Barletta, Cairo Foster, Jose Rojo, Blue Turner, Caswell Berry, and Nestor Judkins.
Every year, Zumiez invites key people and pros in the skateboard industry for a day of snowboarding and a night of a ceremony to recognize their top staff people. I stacked headshots the whole night until the booze and altitude got to me. I've got a few photos and some sketchy cell phone video for you.
Ishod's Chronicles 2 part is now online. Notice the little things, like his slappy crooked grind - on a knee high ledge.
If you haven't been skateboarding for two or three decades like most of the people running skate companies and writing about skateboarding, I want to fill you in on some history.
One of our favorite Florida locals, Clive Dixon, makes the cut in King of the Road's Highest, Longest, Most awards with a king sized lipslide. There is some insane skateboarding in this recap!
Thrasher just put the entire SOTY Naawwsty video up. For some reason, these things stick out in my mind: Grant Taylor's switch flip, the unreal casual skateboarding stuntery of Cory Kennedy, and wondering how much of a production it must be getting that crew from point A to point B while on that tour. Catch Koston, Ishod, Brock, and more in this one.
Every year we downhill without wheels, courtesy of Zumiez and their 100k event that gathers up all their top sales staff along with your favorite skateboarders and brands that they sell. We get to fan out like little kids meeting pros for the first time. Thanks for the good times up high, Zumiez.
