- 5 skater Jams, skate in order
- 4 runs each
- Max 30 seconds or skate until you fall
- Judged on overall impression
- Top 8 advance to Finals in one Jam
- Prelims will be eliminated if participation is below 15 skaters
- Awards immediately following
- Winners will receive airfare, accommodations, and a spot in the Semi-Finals in the World Championships in Salt Lake City
- If the Regional winner is a Select Pro, this prizing will be awarded to the next highest placing skater from the region. The cash prize will still be awarded to the winner

- The top placing woman from the Europa region in the Tour will receive airfare, accommodations, and a spot in the Semi-Finals in the World Championships in Salt Lake City

- 10am - 11am: Women’s Prelims/Regionals Practice
- 11am - 12:30pm: Women’s Prelims/Regionals
