An open contest that includes bowl, mini-ramp, and best trick jams, with the main event being a street contest on a brand new course.

About

An open contest in the new skatepark at Aranya Resort, located in the northern Chinese city of Qinhuangdao, three hours east of Beijing. There will also be a bowl contest, mini-ramp jams, and best tricks. The city of Qinhuangdao was the venue for the first appearance of international skaters in China in the mid-1990s, featuring Steve Caballero and Mike V, and others. The Aranya community houses thousands of visitors in a peaceful town with hotels, homes, and residences, across five-square-kilometers. The contest is open to invites from APAC’s finest skaters, alongside contests for some of China’s best up-and-coming rookies.

Grand Masters women will skate (in their own heats) with the men, but receive separate prize money

Friday, July 5th - Registration and Practice
- 1-3pm: Rookies Registration and Practice
- 3-7pm: Grand Masters Registration and Practice
Saturday, July 6th - Registration and Practice, MINI Cooper Best Trick
- 12-2pm: Rookies Registration and Practice
- 2-7pm: Grand Masters Registration and Practice
- 4pm: Grand Masters MINI Cooper Best Trick
  - Bump to Barrier: 30 minute jam
  - Bank to Bank: 30 minute jam
  - Awards immediately following. Cash for tricks with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards.
Sunday, July 7th - Rookies Qualifiers and Finals
- 10am-7pm: Grand Masters Bowl open for Practice
- 10am: Rookies Practice
- 12pm: Rookies Contest
  - 3 skater jams, 3 minutes each
  - Judged on overall impression
  - Top 12 advance to Finals (top 10 men, top 2 women)
- Rookies Finals
  - 3 skater jams, 4 minutes each
- Awards immediately following
  - All Finalists advance to Grand Masters
- Open Street Practice for Grand Masters immediately following until 7pm
Monday, July 8th - Grand Masters Bowl Qualifiers and Finals
- 10am-7pm: Grand Masters Street Course open for Practice
- 12pm: Grand Masters Bowl Practice
- 4pm: Grand Masters Bowl Contest
  - 8 skater jams, 6 runs each, skate in order until you fall
  - Judged on overall impression
  - Top 6 advance to Finals
- Grand Masters Bowl Finals
  - 6 runs each, skate in order until you fall
  - Judged on overall impression
- Grand Masters Street Best Trick
- Awards immediately following
Tuesday, July 9th - Grand Masters Street Qualifiers and Mini-Ramp Jam
- 11am: Practice
- 1pm: Grand Masters Street Qualifiers
  - 3 skater jams, 3 mins each
  - Top 30 advance to Semi-Finals
  - Men and women skate together, women awarded separately
- 5pm: Grand Masters Mini-Ramp Jam
  - Cash for tricks
Wednesday, July 10th - Grand Masters Semi-Finals and Finals, Street Best Trick
- 12pm: Practice
- 2pm: Grand Masters Street Semi-Finals
  - 3 skater jams, 3 minutes each
  - Top 10 skaters advance to Finals
- 3pm: Grand Master Street Finals
  - 3 runs, 1 minute each, best counts
- Street Best Trick immediately following
  - Cash for tricks on the 10 stair and handrails
- 6pm: Awards Ceremony
- 10pm-3am: Avenue & Son After-Party
