The Boardr Series at Tupelo, Mississippi

This stop of The Boardr Series is in association with the 3rd Annual ChangeFest. The Boardr Series is a national, all ages and skills skateboarding contest series that is designed to provide a fun and fulfilling skateboarding experience for all participants. A portion of the entry fee proceeds is donated to Grind for Life, a non-profit that assists cancer patients with travel expenses.

Location

Ballard Park, 2629 West Main Street, Tupelo, Mississippi

There are two parking spots. One is on the north entrance. The skatepark is at the south parking lot on the back end of Ballard Park.

Waiver Required

If you don't already have one on file with us, sign your waiver ahead of time here, or get your parent or legal guardian to if you're under 18.

All registration must be done online here. Registration is $50 per Division plus Florida Sales Tax where applicable.

If you’ve never entered one of our events (GFL, Boardr Open, Boardr Series, etc), your first one is free! Signup here for that.

Stop by The Boardr tent on site to check in, verify your spot, and get a new headshot. Refunds are completely okay if you can't make it. Email Help@TheBoardr.com for a refund.

We will be running this schedule as close to on time as possible. Please arrive on time to not miss your Division. Unfortunately, adjustments cannot be made.

    • Bowl cash for tricks - $250
    • Street cash for tricks - $250 (Obstacle TBD)
  • 7:30pm
    • Party at Change Skateboard Shop, 5339 Cliff Gookin Blvd, Tupelo, Mississippi
• SATURDAY
  • 8am: Practice
  • 9am: Street Contest - limited to 80 entrants overall
    • Womens Street
    • Mens Street 8 and Under
    • Mens Street 9 to 12
    • Mens Street 13 and Up
    • Street Open Qualifiers
      • Top 3 advance to Finals
    • Street Open Finals
      • 1st $250, 2nd $150, 3rd $100
  • 11:15am: Bowl Contest - limited to 50 entrants overall
    • Womens Bowl
    • Mens Bowl 12 and Under
    • Mens Bowl 13 and Up
    • Bowl Open
  • Awards will be at Change Fest!

Format

• Street Jams format events: 3 skaters per jam, 3 minutes per jam. Judged on overall impression.
• Bowl Jams format events: 8 skaters per jam, 3 runs at 30 seconds each, skate in order until you fall. Judged on overall impression.
