  • Floor access will be limited to skaters only
    • One parent or legal guardian can accompany skaters under 18
  • Saturday floor access is granted only to Finalists
  • X Games Qualification Info
    • Men’s
      • Jimmy Wilkins (1st 2022) and Edouard Damestoy (1st 2023 Japan) are pre-qualified
      • The following top 6 will qualify for X Games 2023
    • Women’s
      • Top 8 will qualify for X Games 2023
  • Skaters in the contest enter through the Loading Dock area

        • 5 minute practice before each heat
        • 10 skater heats, 3 runs each
        • 40 seconds max
        • Organized, in order, one at a time
        • Skate until you fall
        • Top 8 advance to Semi-Finals to meet pre-seeded skaters
    • 12pm - 12:30pm: Men’s Open Qualifiers Practice Group 2
    • 12:30pm - 1pm: Men’s Open Qualifiers Practice Group 1
    • 1pm - 2pm: Men’s Open Qualifiers
      • Format: Same as Women’s
    • 2pm - 3:30pm: Women’s Semi-Finals Practice
    • 3:30pm - 4:30pm: Women's Semi-Finals
      • Format
        • 5 minute practice before each heat
        • 10 skater heats, 4 runs each
        • Organized, in order, one at a time
        • No time limit on runs
        • Skate until you fall
        • Top 8 advance to Finals
    • 4:30pm - 6pm: Men’s Semi-Finals Practice
    • 6pm - 7pm: Men’s Semi-Finals
      • Format: Same as Women’s
    • 7pm: Legends Demo
  • Saturday, June 24: Finals, Best Trick, and Awards
    • 2pm - 3pm: Women's Finals Practice
    • 3pm - 3:30pm: Women’s Finals
      • Format
        • Organized, in order, one at a time
        • Skate until you fall
        • Total heat time: 30 mins
        • Each skater will receive equal amount of runs
    • 3:30pm - 4:15pm: Men’s Finals Practice
    • 4:15pm - 5pm: Men’s Finals
      • Same format as Women’s, but heat is 40 mins
    • 5pm - 5:20pm: Women’s Best Trick
      • Open to all Finalists and select wildcards
    • 5:20pm - 5:40pm: Men’s Best Trick
      • Open to all Finalists and select wildcards

Judging Criteria

  • Performance is judged on overall impression of skater in heat
  • Judges analyze the following elements when scoring:
    • Commitment, creativity, and use of entire ramp and features
    • Distance traveled through air, slides, or grinds
    • Speed, style, flow, and power
    • Lines carry weight, but innovation and difficulty are rewarded
  • Bails after a 30 second run is completed will not factor into the skater's score
