• Entering the Qualifiers contest does not get you access to the concerts and other events.
• All contestants get one guest or chaperone.
• If you do not advance from the Qualifiers, your credentials will not be valid for the remainder of the event.
• Semi-Finalists can stay for the remainder of the day.

• Saturday, May 14th: Finals, Best Trick, and Awards
  • 1pm - 6:15pm: Street skatepark open, obstacles provided by OC Ramps
  • 2pm - 3pm: Women's Finals Practice
  • 3pm - 3:30pm: Women’s Finals
    • Format
      • Organized, in order, one at a time
      • Skate until you fall
      • Total jam time: 30 mins
      • Each skater will receive equal amount of runs
  • 3:30pm - 4:15pm: Men’s Finals Practice
  • 4:15pm - 5pm: Men’s Finals
    • Same format as Women’s, but jam is 40 mins
  • 5:15pm – 5:45pm: Men’s and Women’s Best Trick
  • 6:15pm: Music: Vandals
  • 7:15pm: Tony Hawk Speech and Awards
  • 7:45pm: Music: X, Modest Mouse

Judging Criteria

• Performance is judged on overall impression of skater in jam
• Judges analyze the following elements when scoring:
  • Commitment, creativity, and use of entire ramp and features
  • Distance traveled through air, slides, or grinds
  • Speed, style, flow, and power
  • Lines carry weight, but innovation and difficulty are rewarded
• Bails after a 30 second run is completed will not factor into the skater's score
