Schedule

  • Friday - Registration and Practice
    • 9am - 12pm: Women’s
    • 11:45am: Riders Meeting
    • 12pm - 6pm: Men’s
    • 6pm: Rockstar Energy Team Demo with Chase Hawk, Chad Kerley, Nick Bruce, Tommy Dugan, Marcus Christopher, and Sean Ricany
  • Saturday
    • 9am: Women’s Practice
    • 10am: Women’s Qualifiers
      • 7 riders per jam, rider in order
      • 2 runs, 45-seconds max, ride until you fall
      • 5 minutes of warm-up before each Heat
      • Top 7 advance to Finals
    • Women’s Finals
      • Same format, but 3 runs and no time limit on runs
      • If participation is fewer than 15, Qualifiers are skipped
    • Awards immediately following
    • 12pm: Men’s Qualifiers
      • 7 riders per jam, rider in order
      • 2 runs, 45-seconds max, ride until you fall
      • 5 minutes of warm-up before each Heat
      • Top 10 advance to Semi-Finals
    • Men’s Semi-Finals
      • Top 10 Qualifiers meet pre-seeded Riders
        • Dan Foley, Devon Smillie, Gary Young, Ryan Nyquist, Matt Ray, Marcus Christopher
      • Same format, top 7 advance to Finals
    • Men’s Finals
      • Same format, but 3 runs and no time limit on runs
    • Awards immediately following
      • Cult Rider of the Day

Purse - $7,500

Men's: 1st: $1,500, 2nd: $1,250, 3rd: $1,000

Women's: 1st: $1,500, 2nd: $1,250, 3rd: $1,000

Judging Criteria

  • Performance is judged on overall impression of rider in jam
  • Judges analyze the following elements when scoring:
    • Commitment, creativity, and use of entire bowl and features
    • Distance traveled while performing various tricks
    • Speed, style, flow, and power
    • Lines carry weight, but innovation and difficulty are also rewarded
