Miami Open is a street contest and bowl jam that is open to all participants.

Schedule and Format

  • Friday, November 12th - Registration, Practice, Cash for Tricks
    • 10am: Registration (open all day)
    • 10am: Women’s Practice
    • 12pm: Open Practice
    • 4pm: Riders Meeting and Jams posted at TheBoardr.com
    • 5pm: Open Bowl Jam - Cash for Tricks
    • 6pm: Open Street Best Trick Presented by Ice Cream - Cash for Tricks
  • Saturday, November 13th - Men’s and Women’s Street
    • 9am: Open Practice
    • 10am: Women’s Practice
    • 11am: Women’s Qualifiers
      • 3 skater jams, 3 minutes each
      • Top 6 make the cut Finals
    • 12pm: Men’s Qualifiers
      • 3 skater jams, 3 minutes each
      • Top 18 make the cut to the Semi-Finals
      • Semis will be eliminated if participation is below 24 skaters
    • Men’s Semi-Finals
      • 3 skater jams, 3 minutes each
      • Top 6 make the cut to the Finals
    • 2pm: Women’s Finals in 2/5/4 Format
      • The format in the Finals is 2, one minute runs and 5 best trick attempts where your best 4 out of those 7 scores counts. We call it 2/5/4 Format. A similar format is used in Street League and the Olympics.
    • 3pm: Men’s Finals in 2/5/4 Format
    • Awards immediately following

$10,000 Purse

Men's Street: 1st: $1,500, 2nd: $1,000, 3rd: $500, 4th: $500, 5th: $250, 6th: $250.

Women's Street: 1st: $1,500, 2nd: $1,000, 3rd: $500, 4th: $500, 5th: $250, 6th: $250.

Street Best Trick Presented by Ice Cream - Cash for Tricks: $1,000.

Bowl Jam - Cash for Tricks: $1,000.
