- 1pm: Press Conference and Media Q&A at the State Capitol
- 2pm - 6pm: Ribbon cutting ceremony with Tony Hawk and open skating to the public
- If you're under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the waiver. If your parent or legal guardian is not present, the waiver must be notarized.
