- 12pm - 6pm: Continental Championships Men's Practice
Saturday, July 28
- 12pm - 3pm: Continental Championships Women's Practice
- 3pm - 6pm: Continental Championships Men's Practice
- 3pm: Women's Start List posted and Rider Meeting
- 6pm: Men's Start List posted and Rider Meeting
Sunday, July 29
- 9am - 10am: Continental Championships Women's Practice
- 10am - 12pm: Continental Championships Women's Prelims
- 12pm - 1pm: Continental Championships Women's Finals
- 1pm - 2pm: Continental Championships Men's Practice
- 2pm - 6pm: Continental Championships Men's Prelims
- 6pm - 7pm: Continental Championships Men's Finals
- 7pm: Awards
  - The winner in both Men's and Women's for each Continental Championships gets a spot in the Finals in Shanghai along with airfare and lodging for the trip.

The week at Huntington Beach continues with the VPS Global Qualifiers.

5 skater Jams, skate in order
4 runs each
Max 30 seconds or skate until you fall
Judged on overall impression
Top 8 advance to Finals in one Jam
