We will be hosting an invite-only, transition-based contest at this year’s Air + Style. The event will also feature two main stages with 20+ musical acts.

There will be plenty of entertainment, including a snowboard contest, interactive skate and snowboard areas that attendees can session, art, food, etc. – festival vibes.

Location

Exposition Park, Downtown Los Angeles

Course

Course will be a transition-based, concrete park designed and built by CA. The inspiration is “under the bridge” – think Burnside, FDR, and Washington Street.

6:15pm - 6:45pm - Swatch Best Trick 1
- Live band (Ex-Cult) integrated into course, music set to serve as session clock
7:30pm - 8pm - Open Practice
8pm - 8:45pm - Swatch Best Trick 2
- Live band (Surfbort) integrated into course, music set to serve as session clock

Sunday, March 4th

1:30pm - 4:15pm - Open Practice
4:15pm - 4:45pm - Prelims Heat 1
4:45pm - 6:15pm - Open Practice

Prelims Format
- 8 skater organized jams for 30 minutes
- 30 second max runs, skate until you fall
- Top 8 advance to Finals
- Judged on overall impression
6:45pm - 8pm - Open Practice
8pm - 8:45pm - Finals
- Start List is in reverse qualifying order
- 3, 40 second runs, skate until you fall
- Best run counts

Coverage

A+S will produce a one hour highlight show of the weekend for NBC Sports Network and will have full live coverage of all contests on go90.com. There will be additional daily coverage in skate/snow media.
