Woodward Riviera Maya Street Contest and Grand Opening

October 20 - 21, 2017

An invite only street contest with a focus on Mexican skaters. This is the grand opening of a new Woodward location and also includes a vert demo with Tony Hawk.

Thursday, October 19th
- 2pm - 7pm - Street Contest Practice and Registration
- 4pm - 6:30pm - Vert Demo Practice
Friday, October 20th
- 10am - 1:30pm - Street Contest Practice and Registration
- 1:30pm - 2:30pm - Street BMX Practice
- 2:30pm - 5:30pm - Street Contest Practice and Registration
- 3pm - 7pm - Vert BMX and Skateboarding Demo Practice
- 5:30pm - Street Contest
  - 3 skater jams, 4 minutes each
  - Top 5 qualify for Finals
  - Finals
    - 3, 1 minute runs, best run counts
- 7:45pm - Awards
  - 1st Place gets a $600 travel voucher to the Woodward of their choice or a free 3 night stay at Hard Rock Riviera Maya
- 8pm - Grand Opening Ceremony and Ribbon Cutting
- 8:30pm - BMX Street Demo
- 9pm - Skateboarding Street Demo
- 9:30pm - Autograph Signing
Saturday, October 21st
- 9am - 4pm - Invited guest session on the Street Course
- 12pm - 1pm - Media time with Tony Hawk and Friends at the Street Course
  - Tony Hawk, Chris Cole, Leticia Bufoni, Shawn Johnson, BrightonZeuner, Daniel Dhers, Kevin Peraza, and more
- 4pm - 5pm - Vert Demo Warm Up
- 5pm - 6pm - Vert Demo with Tony Hawk and Friends
- 6pm - 6:30pm - Autograph Signing
- 6:45pm - The Story So Far and Closing Cermony
- After-Party at Club Heaven (18 and up)
