- 3pm: Women's Start List posted and Riders' Meeting
- 3pm - 6pm: Continental Championships Men's Practice
- 6pm: Men's Start List posted and Riders' Meeting
- Sunday, July 30th
- 9am - 10am: Continental Championships Women's Practice
- 10am - 12pm: Continental Championships Women's Prelims
- Organized jams format for Prelims
- 5 skater jams, skate in order
- 4 runs each
- Max 30 seconds or skate until you fall
- Judged on overall impression
- Top 8 advance to Finals
- Organized jams format for Prelims
- 12pm - 1pm: Continental Championships Women's Finals
- Same format as Prelims
- Winner gets a spot in the World Championships
- 1pm - 2pm: Continental Championships Men's Practice
- 2pm - 6pm: Continental Championships Men's Prelims
- Organized jams format for Prelims
- 5 skater jams, skate in order
- 4 runs each
- Max 30 seconds or skate until you fall
- Judged on overall impression
- Top 8 advance to Finals
- Organized jams format for Prelims
- 6pm - 7pm: Continental Championships Men's Finals
- Same format as Prelims
- Winner gets a spot in the World Championships
