Register now online to save your spot in Men's or Women's. Refunds are completely okay if you can't make it. Entering the contest after it is already full, however, is not possible. Please take care of your registration before that happens.

- 4pm: Women's Continental Championships Heats posted and Riders' Meeting
Thursday, March 2
- 2:30pm - 3pm: Women's Continental Championships Practice and Registration
- 3pm - 5:30pm: Women's Continental Championships Qualifiers and Finals
  - Organized jams format for Qualifiers, Semi-Finals, and Finals
  - 5 skater jams, skate in order
  - 4 runs each
  - Max 30 seconds or skate until you fall
  - Judged on overall impression
  - Top 20 advance to Semi-Finals
  - Top 8 from Semi-Finals advance to Finals
  - Cuts may be adjusted based on participation
- 5:30pm - 7pm: Men's Continental Championships Practice and Registration
- 7pm: Men's Continental Championships Heats posted and Riders' Meeting
Saturday, March 4 - live broadcast
