The Grind for Life Series is a national series of contests for all ages and skills levels in both street and bowl. This was the fourth stop of the year at Fort Lauderdale. Aaronn Depaulis has been killing the 13 to 15 Division. Might be time to upgrade to Sponsored. Do that at the beginning of the year next year, Aaronn.
Nash Barfield, Tyler Loftus, and John Buda took home the top 3 spots for Street 9 and Under.
Aaronn Depaulis, Elijah Allred, and Mason Putzig took home the top 3 spots for Street 13 to 15.
Autumn Tust, Emily Headson, and Carlin Makibbin took home the top 3 spots for Street Girls.

Tab skated the whole contest with a total of four bolts. They were all borrowed from other people.

Reef Orlando, Gavin Liller, and Brandon Delgado took home the top 3 spots for Bowl 10 to 12.
Austin Schneider, Roman Desmond, and Kainalu Canubida took home the top 3 spots for Bowl Intermediate.
Pat Dewitte, Omar Delgado, and Michael Early Grab Cabot took home the top 3 spots for Bowl Masters.
Mike Rogers, Mark Carpenter, and Tab Textor took home the top 3 spots for Bowl Grand Masters.
Everyone is a little sad when the Contest is over.

The Grind for Life Series is a national, all ages and skills series benefiting the Grind for Life Organization, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that assists cancer patients with travel expenses. This year's first stop was in New Smyrna, Florida where 144 entries went down in 14 divisions in bowl and street skateboarding.

There were 162 total entries with 69 of those being skaters new to the Grind for Life Series. Many of you also skated your first contest ever with us. All those good times plus contributing to the Grind for Life cause of battling cancer? What a Saturday. Thanks to everyone that was a part of it.

Marinela Demos on the West Coast

As you know, Marinela has been backing what we're up to in skateboarding here for a couple years now. They helped us expand the Grind for Life Series across the country this year with two new stops in Californa. While we were out there, we did some demos at a couple stores with Ish and Dilo out there shredding for the locals in between snack sampling.
