Born and Raised Presented by Empire was in Austin, Texas, hometown of our BMX friend Chase Hawk who helped put together this first annual BMX event in his hometown.

The park was pretty crowed, so people had to get creative to get a good viewing point.

There was a nice crowd at the very first Born and Raised.

Right before he had to ride in his first BMX contest he took a slam that cost him some stitches.
Project Loop was at Born and Raised helping save money to get a skatepark built under a bridge in Taylor, TX.

If you are ever in Austin, go to Juice Land. It is definitely refreshing on a hot summer day.

This is Brent Humphreys who started Project Loop. They are raising money to help build an under bridge skatepark in Taylor, TX. They also put kids in creative work environments to help show them that in the future they can find jobs they can enjoy.
Chase Hawk was kind enough to raffle his bike to help raise money for Project Loop. One of the local riders and biggest Chase Hawk fan won the raffle. What a way to end the day.
