Sunglasses are all over the spectrum, literally, in skateboarding. Some are $10, some are well into the hundreds. We've got most of the spectrum to choose from, but it's up to you to figure out the appropriate time and place to run these. Certain people can pull them off at night or in the club, while others just don't look right even with them on in the daytime.
Why are these called trucker hats? Do truckers sweat through the head more than your average cut of society? Nope, I think we need to take this one over and officially change the mesh top lid to being called a skater hat. For as long as the three decades we've been around in skateboarding, these hats have always been around.
Reissue boards are not just remakes and reissues of old shapes and graphics, they're reissues of your youth, skateboarding being the fountain of that youth. Go straight back to childhood with our selection of reissue boards that seem to be flying off the shelves of every skate shop out there now that nostalgia is at an all time high with so many 40 year old plus skateboarders out there.
Isn't it funny how the mainstream always has a beanie in mind when they think of the classic skateboarder stereotype? The beanie is here to stay in skateboarding as we've been running them since the dawn on skateboard time. These days, they're getting a little crazy with pom poms and extra large graphics, too.
In the early days of skateboarding t-shirt design, it was common for t-shirt graphics to be on the back, with a small hit on the front pocket space. As the golden era of skateboarding began in the early 90's, literally every single t-shirt made had the graphic on the front. These days, the graphic on the back is starting to make a comeback, pun and all.
My earliest memories of the bucket hat taking over skateboard headwear was when Earl Sweatshirt started to run them constantly in the early days of Odd Future. These days, everyone has to have one in their headwear lineup.
There are plenty of things your girl can pull off in The Boardr Store like Vans Sk8-Hi's and RIPNDIP button ups. We've collected a few of those things here for you that are far better than any generic flowers or candy.
Sure, everyone says 'Support Skater Owned,' but one category we're backing hard is current and former pros that start their own companies. From Brian Anderson starting 3D to Ragdoll starting Hurt Life, keep backing these dudes until the wheels come off.
The Boardr is a group of friends specializing in what we have loved since first sight: skateboarding.
