HiDefJoe has some raw footage from Tampa Pro today. These four ripping skateboarders have something in common. Well I need somewhere to put all this silly crap I like to do like foot fetish, Nerdsday Thursday, skate photos, silly videos, and other random banter. So, I started The Boardr today after my last day at Skatepark of Tampa. The Boardr will house all the stuff I love about skateboarding plus a new system I'm creating to help people simply and easily run skateboarding events with a digital, mobile scoring system. Shortly after August, it then evolved into a full blown skateboarding professional services company where I'm partnered up with Ryan Clements. Thanks for stopping by.

Retail might be dead as vert and slow as Nate Sherwood right now while we just get started, but the events side of things are stacking up nicely. You can't be running the documentation with one of my crappy cell phone edits. So what are we going to do about that? Clem has to crack the whip on Porpe to get it taken care of.
Two Milestones at The Boardr This Week

A couple things happened this week that made it seem that much more real with all this skateboard bid'niss building we're doing around here. We got our first order of retail inventory in and our first online registration dollar hit the account.

There's so much going on here from events planning to systems work to physical buildout to financial stuff to skate park ideas that I can't even keep track of where I'm at and what I've documented. We're working smart and steady here still putting our 2014 together while I pause here for an update. Our tenants in the other half of our warehouse are now out so we can start figuring out what will work for our facility to play with our skateboards in.
Tampa Bro: A Session and BBQ in the Dream Driveway

Every year before Tampa Pro, we invite our friends in town to hang out by the river, push through the Dream Driveway, and dig in on Porpe's BBQ. Thanks to everyone that came by. We're looking forward to hanging out for the weekend and watching some great skating with no work to do for a change.

Wow, that was some damn good skating as it has always been. It was nice being a spectator again enjoying watching Tampa Pro and not in frantic workhorse mode. HiDefJoe and I did just a bit of work at the end though and got two videos for you, Luan winning it with his extended superhuman run and The Boardr Team Rider Felipe Gustavo making that Street League cut along with Kelvin Hoefler. Congrats all ya'll.
